A jury has found Jamar Beckford, 33, not guilty of the most serious charges against him but guilty of three counts of felony offenses.
Beckford was found not guilty of three counts of second-degree rape but guilty of one count of third-degree sex offense, two counts of fourth-degree sex offense and two counts of second-degree assault.
Prosecutors alleged Beckford sexually assaulted a woman who was physically helpless at the time. The woman testified she had several drinks with Beckford and began to feel seriously impaired after taking a few sips of a drink he'd poured for her.
The jury deliberated Thursday afternoon and several hours Friday morning before returning its verdict.

Fourth-degree sex offense is a misdemeanor. A first conviction carries up to one year in jail, a fine of up to $1,000, or both. If the defendant has a prior conviction for certain sexual offenses, the maximum penalty can increase to three years.
Defendants convicted of third-degree sex offense typically are required to register as sex offenders.
Beckford does not appear to have any prior convictions for sexual offenses, according to court records.
